摘要

Oligonucleotides, modified ones including, are widely used in different fields of molecular biology. They are used as primers for sequencing and amplifying DNA and determining the DNA primary structure by the hybridization method and are promising therapeutic agents . One of the fields of application of modified oligonucleotides is the preparation of their conjugates with various compounds such as peptides, oligosaccharides, and dyes for studying the behavior of nucleic acids in vitro or in vivo.
