One of the topical problems in the area of synthetic polymers is to develop efficient methods to control kinetic parameters of radical polymerization of vinyl monomers and the structure and properties of resulting macromolecules, including their molecular characteristics [1—3]. In recent years, initiating systems based on metal- and hetaryl-containing organic compounds of different classes and their combinations are used to initiate radical polymerization and to control polymer chain growth. For example, efficient initiating systems based on a combination of ferrocene with diacyl peroxides have been reported [4] that provided a possibility to conduct polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) with high rate at low temperature to give polymers with higher thermal stability. It has been shown [5] that tertiary aromatic amines act as activators of polymerization of vinyl monomers by catalyzing the decomposition of peroxide initiators and producing initiating systems of redox type.
