摘要

For growing crystals of refractory oxides from the melt, molybdenum and tungsten are used as materials of a container, parts of a thermal unit, and a heater [ 1 ]. During crystallization, a partially dissociated melt is evaporated to evolve oxygen [2], which can be detrimental to the state of main units of crystallization setups. Previously [3-6], the interactions in the Mo-O2 and W-O2 systems were considered in wide temperature and pressure ranges and basic chemical reactions describing the oxidation process were determined.
