This paper reports data on the expression dynamics of some abscisic acid (ABA)-dependent Cor genes and the transcription factors in the course of cold adaptation of the spring wheat plants. It is shown that in seedlings of the spring wheat, the level of expression of Cor genes (Wrab17, Wrab19) and ABA-dependent genes encoding transcription factors (CBF4, MYB80) proved to depend on their cold resistance during adaptation to low temperature.Notes translated from Doklady Akademii Nauk (2011) 438, No. 3, pp.427-429 [Ru]
