摘要

Improving process control and quality have been an ultimate goal and strategic trend for almost every die casting company. However, simulating the process of molten metal flowing into the die cavity is difficult due to the requirement of having a deep knowledge of both the die casting process and simulation software programming. On the other hand, to monitor the process and specifically to analyze the injection shot profiles is now a necessary but frequently unsatisfied/unqualified practice in obtaining and maintaining excellence in high quality productions.
