摘要

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) syndrome is an urgent problem because cardiovascular diseases are closely correlated with respiratory impairment during sleep [1]. Understanding the etiology and pathogenesis of these failures is expected to be helpful indeveloping preventive measures and methods of treatment of cardiovascular pathology in these patients. The main factors that induce regulatory abnormalities in the autonomous status of the body are chronic intermittent hypoxia (IH) and an increased level of free oxygen radicals associated with periodic apnea [2].
