摘要

We suggest a theoretical model describing the nucleation of dislocations at amorphous grain boundaries in nanocrystalline ceramics. In the framework of this model, the dislocation dipoles are nucleated due to the plastic shear (mutual slip of grains) in amorphous grain boundaries containing nanosize pores. Based on the calculations, we determined the conditions under which such a process occurs without overcoming the energy barrier. The mechanism underlying the growth of pores along the amorphous boundaries in the course of mutual slip of grains is suggested.
