On Properties of Fourier Series in General Orthonormal Systems of Functions of Bounded Variation

As is known (see [1]), if f (x) ∈ L_2(I), where I = [0, 1], is any function satisfying the condition f (x)≠ 0, then there exists an orthonormal system (ONS) (φ_n(х)) on I such that are the Fourier coefficients of the function f(x).
