Decoupling of hydrodynamic-type systems into block triangular interacting subsystems

This paper consists of two sections. The first one is introductory. It presents the formulation of the prob-lem of decoupling inhomogeneous hydrodynamic-type systems into block triangular interacting sub-systems. Section 2 is basic. It provides sufficient and necessary conditions for decoupling inhomogeneous hydrodynamic-type systems into block triangular interacting subsystems.
