Mathematical models of reorganization and optimization of the technological structure in the capitalist economy

It was shown in [1, 2] that the economy of developed OECD countries is characterized by balanced sectorial and technological structures, which can be viewed as optimal for a certain period of the world economy development. The relation between sectorial structural shifts and the dynamics of GDP was also found, and a simple formula for predicting the longterm GDP dynamics within a single Kondratiev long cycle was derived [2]. However, a more important circumstance is that they can be used to control the structural reorganization of a national economy so as to achieve the required balanced (optimal) structure at a given time tp.
