Interviewing a graduate petrophysicist

I initially joined BP to get industry experience. Having worked in academia for several years, I wanted to challenge myself and really use the knowledge I'd acquired at university to make a difference and a tangible impact. BP has provided me with the opportunity to complete the Accelerated Development Program (ADP) in petrophysics. During the two-year program, I experienced a very unique, hands-on and in-depth training that you cannot get anywhere else but through BP. I gained a comprehensive knowledge of the various areas of the petrophysics discipline and how to apply them in everyday work - it isn't just theoretical.
