摘要

With microinjection, a fusion gene in plasmid pcMTsGH linking the cMT (common carp metallothionein) promoter to sGH (salmon growth hormone) gene was introduced into the embryos of late one-cell stage to establish all-fish transgenic Common Carp. Whenthe fry could swim steadily, its incorporated exogene was detected by Dot blot, PCR-Southern and genomic Southern methods. The integration rate was as high as 37.7%. We also established detection methods with high accuracy and sensitivity.
