Emulsion Polymerisation in a Tubular Microreactor

摘要

Microreactors are chemical devices that enable chemical reactions to take place in a confined space having dimensions in the micrometer range (10-1000um). Polymerisation in microreactors has attracted much attention in recent years with a large variety of macromolecular syntheses being reported by various techniques. Although there have been a number of published articles on emulsion and microemulsion polymerisation in tubular reactors, there is a lack of articles describing such reactions in microreactors.
