Synthesis and Antifungal Properties of Some Benzimidazole Derivatives

摘要

Some benzimidazole derivatives were synthesized and their in vitro antifungal activities were tested against Candida albicans,Candida glabrata and Candida krusei.Compounds 6 and 9 possessed activity comparable to fluconazole against C.albicans with a minimum inhibitory concentration of 12.5 mu g/mL.
