Yanmar America Adds 5 kW Micro Cogen System

Yanmar America, Adairsville, Ga., continues to expand its micro-Combined Heat and Power (mCHP) product range with the launch of a new 5 kW system. The new model CP5WN joins Yanmar's existing 10 kW system, the model CP10WN. Powered by natural gas or propane, the cogeneration unit is designed to reduce primary energy consumption by using the waste heat produced during the production of electricity to produce energy savings.
