Chevron's Delo 400 launches next generation lube oil competition

Chevron Global Lubricants has introduced its next generation Delo 400 Multigrade heavy-duty engine oil, specifically targeted at heavy truck applications. With big, largely emissions driven changes facing the diesel lube oil markets, Chevronlaunched the new Delo 400, an SAE 15W-40 oil, in a formulation that the San Francisco company said exceeds CH-4, the American Petroleum Institute's (API) newest specification.
