Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. (MHI) has agreed with V.S.T, Tillers Tractors Ltd. (VTTL), a tiller and tractor manufacturer in India, to jointly establish MHI-VST Diesel Engines Private Ltd. to manufacture and sell small diesel engines.
