International long product market would keep development stably. Material costs of iron ore. scarp, zinc and nickel can drive steel-making cost in high level. Supply tight of coal, electricity and oil in some areas can restrict release of steel capacity. Combined with stronger trend of flat market, some steel enterprises preferred to produce flat products. All of these factors can limit capacity release of long products, helping long product price up.
