摘要

Distortions of powders is formally a phenomenon more general than strains of monocrystals, including not only the distortion of crystallites but also different types of powder imperfection - heterogeneousness, non-isotropy, finite size and the specific shape of the crystallites. The article derives formulae to describe measures for the deformation of peaks in the diffractograms - the structure factors distortions and the anisotropic broadening. On the basis of these formulae the diffraction profiles can be simulated and compared with the experimental data.
