(the ultimate lion's shareholder of Zhuye Torch) is now regrouping its subsidiary companies. According to the regrouping plan of Hunan Nonferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd., Zhuzhou Smeltery Group Co., Ltd. still directly controls 35.26 percent of the stake of Zhuye Torch, and indirectly holds 7.02 percent of the stake through its subsidiary company-Zhuzhou Quanxin Industrial Co., Ltd.
