NextDecade raises additional $85 million

NextDecade LLC said that Valinor Management LP and Halcyon Energy Investors LP joined funds managed by York Capital Management Global Advisors LLC and its affiliates to raise $85 million for the Rio Grande LNG and Pelican Island LNG developments and their associated infrastructures. In accordance with the deal, the three strategic investors have options to invest the equity sufficient to take FID on the Rio Grande LNG project.
