Carbon Energy Establishes Coal Resource Estimate Suitable for UCG

Carbon Energy Limited (Carbon) has completed its maiden JORC Resource estimate for the Mulpun coal deposit in Chile, confirming it as suitable for Underground Coal Gasification (UCG), ahead of further development work. The Measured Resource is 26 million tonnes, the Indicated Resource is 37 million tonnes and the Inferred Resource is 40 million tonnes. This entire Resource is deeper than 200 meters and therefore is a primary target for UCG, Carbon announced.
