Cameron LNG is expected to receive a commissioning cargo in May and to be operational by August, Sempra officials noted in an analyst conference on March 26. "We think we will get the first cooldown cargo at the end of May," Neal Schmale, Sempra president and chief operating officer, said. The commissioning phase may take up to 90 days. "Then the plant will go into operations," Schmale said.
