China to take $10 billion in LNG carrier orders

Chinese shipyards will take about $10 billion in orders for LNG carriers, Reuters reported. This amount will equate to up to 50 LNG tankers, or more than 20% of the 225 vessels estimated to be added to the worldwide fleet by 2020, according to the American Bureau of Shipping.
