German EPCOS and Xiamen Xinda establish joint venture of Al capacitor

German EPCOS and Xiamen Xinda Co., Ltd has recently set up a joint venture in Xiamen city of Fujian province, named as EPCOS(Xiamen). The e joint venture will mainly produce aluminum capacitor used in UPS and other facilities of electric and electronic industries. The German company holds 60 percent stake in the joint venture and Xiamen Xinda owns the remaining 40 percent. The joint venture will mainly target domestic market and its product will be sold through the Germany company's sales network.
