Energi Mega Persada divests stake in Abadi FLNG

Indonesia's Energi Mega.Persada has divested its 10 percent stake in the Abadi LNG project and upstream component. The project is for a floating liquefaction plant to be located in the Arafura Sea of Indonesia. Based on the divestment, Inpex will continue to act as operator of the project with a 65 percent participating interest while Shell will hold a 35 percent participating interest.
