Magnolia LNG, a subsidiary of Liquefied Natural Gas Limited, has executed a tolling agreement with Brightshore Overseas, an affiliate of Gunvor Group. Brightshore shall be responsible for delivery of gas to the LNG plant for subsequent liquefaction, storage and delivery onto LNG ships arranged by Brightshore. The agreement is for 20 years from first LNG production, plus a five-year extension option if Brightshore so chooses to implement it. Magnolia LNG shall reserve LNG capacity of 1.7 million tonnes per annum (MTPA), plus 0.3 MTPA of interruptible capacity, the equivalent of a single production train at the project.
