Chicago Bridge & Iron Co. N.V. derives about 45 percent of its business from LNG, according to remarks made June 7 by Philip Asherman, President & CEO. Speaking at a Credit Suisse Engineering and Construction Conference, he said LNG will grow even more as Australia, North America and East African export projects develop. He noted, however, that logistics and environmental issues are slowing the progress of some mega projects, like Gorgon LNG.
