China Nationl Offshore Oil Company (CNOOC) is reportedly interested in Alltech's 2.6 million tonnes per annum Pechora LNG project in the Nenets Autonomous region, Northwest Russia. A final investment decision on the project is expected late this year with operations planned for 2015.
