Saipem Signs Contract for US$1.7 Billion Australian Pipeline

Saipem has signed a letter of intent with Inpex Corp. for the construction of a natural gas pipeline to connect production from Australia's Ichthys gas field to a planned LNG project at Darwin, Bloomberg reported.
