Alternative digital radiography.

摘要

The development of two types of digital radiography, as an advance on the older analog type of technique, is described. The two types are: storage film technique (known as computed tomography) and the flat detector system (digital direct radiography). The mode of action of each technique is described and compared, with a discussion of advantages and disadvantages of the two techniques.
