The situation has slightly improved in the Ukrainian spot market for anthracite in May. It was quiet in the first half of themonth due to holidays. In the second half of May, the household sector consumers have started raising purchases, butjust small amounts are being supplied to them now. Demand from brick and sugar producers has not grown though.
