Mr. Douglas J. Marshall Retires as President and Chief Executive Office

Mr. Douglas J. Marshall retired from the Canadian Institute for NDE (CINDE) on March 31, 2011 after forty three years of volunteer and full-time service. During that time Mr. Marshall was active in many different capacities including two terms as President of the Canadian Society for NDT (CSNDT) and as a Director of the NDE Institute of Canada. In 2001 through Doug's determination and vision the two organizations were amalgamated to become the Canadian Institute for NDE (CINDE). Working tirelessly as the Managing Director and later as the President / CEO, he helped CINDE garner national and international recognition as a professional NDT member service organization delivering world class training in non-destructive testing, acting as an NRCan and CNSC exam centre while providing an array of other member services.
