摘要

Recovery of heavy oi3~ rorbed into exfoliated graphite could be performed by filtratioi under mild suction at room temperature,but sorption capacity of exfoliated graphite was found to decrease m~irkedly with its recycling. Heavy oils which were spilled into water and re ‘overed by using exfoliated graphite could not be differenilated from the original in molecular weight and chemical constitution. From the measurement of water content in heavy oils spilled and recovered,exfoliated graphite was found to sorb oil preferentially. Therefore, it was con 1 ~ded that ti 2re will be no problem torecycle heavy oils after recovering th ~n using exfoliated graphite, reduced its sorption capacity markedly.
