摘要

Near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence imaging based on indocyanine green (ICG) has been actively incorporated to assess the circulatory system, initially to evaluate lymphatic function. Its role in improving the management of venous disorders, especially venous malformation (VM), is plausible. The authors successfully demonstrated the ability of NIR fluorescence imaging to monitor percutaneous sclerotherapy of VM, reducing the amount of sclerosing solution used and related complications.
