They milk 100 Holstein Friesians on a low cost, make do and mend system with the emphasis on cow health and comfort. The piece by Bruce Woodacre on Revolutionary management of the dairy cow expressed so clearly what I have been trying to put across for years - but that is professionalism for you compared to arambling amateur like me.
