Who will be best placed to exploit China's growing demand for dairy produce?

The future is bright - and it's milky white. Economic growth in developing nations is driving up demand for dairy produce by 3% a year across the globe, and by as much as 10% in China. Yet New Zealand and Europe, the world's traditional dairy exporters, are unlikely to meet this growing demand. Instead, it is more likely that new countries such as South America, Russia and the Ukraine will step into the export market, believes Livestock Improvement Corporation's chief executive Mark Dewdney.
