As the new quota year gets under way, Ian Potter looks at the price prospects for the year ahead. By the time this issue of Dairy Farmer lands with the customary thud on the doormat, the new quota year will be upon us. I start this article, therefore,with Gypsy Potters Prediction Time. So it's out with the highly polished (immensely dim) crystal ball; followed by a few shakes of the (not-so-trusty) well-brewed tea leaves in the bottom of the cup; and a shuffle or two of my quota specific Tarot cards. Meanwhile, Jupiter is in orbit around Venus, meaning that any Sagittarius buying quota is in for a duff time......
