Setting up the unification task force

With the British Holstein Society's recently announced backing for unification, the process to create a single breed organisation has taken another important step forward in the past month. The two societies have a major task ahead of them, though. Not only do they have to meet the wishes of their respective members, they must also produce a structure that has a sustainable, long-term future. HFS chief executive Tim Brigstocke draws a line under phase one and looks ahead to the next stage.
