Thanks to John Zirnhelt, Dennis Domenichini and Doug Marshall for putting on the discussion on the future of CINDE. This important meeting was well attended but I've been asked to present some of the ideas expressed so that any of our chapter members that couldn't make it are informed of the direction that CINDE is considering. The topic of discussion was "NDE Certification - CINDE's Role". Some members of CINDE have suggested that perhaps CINDE should become directly involved in the certification process, in a manner similar to the process that exists in most other countries, with a certification body that is responsible to the membership of that organization.
