Interaction of some divalent metal acetylacetonates with Al,Ti,Nb and Ta isopropoxides.Factors influencing the formation and stability of heterometallic alkoxide complexes

摘要

Heterometallic alkoxidcs of late transition elements,and of cobalt in particular,are of interest as precursors of materials for catalytic applications.The common approach to bimetallic derivatives based on interaction of the alkoxides of two metals is not applicable in this case as the homometallic complexes of late transition metals are polymeric solids displaying very low reactivity.
