San Francisco (Reuters) - Oilfield services provider Halliburton Co. laid out its financial interests in the Venezuelan market on Friday as it struggles to get paid what it is owed by state-run oil company PDVSA. PDVSA has run up large debts with companies such as Halliburton and rival Schlumberger Ltd. and is trying to renegotiate tariffs with them.
