Second Wave Announces $4 Million Financing

Second Wave Petroleum Inc. has agreed to a non-brokered equity financing with Brookfield Bridge Lending Fund Inc. pursuant to which Brookfield will subscribe for a minimum of 5.76 million common shares at an issue price of 66 cents per share for gross proceeds of $3.80 million.
