Industry Canada Approves Acquisition Of TUSK

TK Energy Corporation reports that Industry Canada has approved the proposed acquisition of TUSK by Polar Star Canadian Oil and Gas, Inc. by way of a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta). Polar Star is indirectly owned by the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America. All governmental approvals required for the completion of the acquisition have now been received.
