Fortress Energy Inc. has priced its previously announced public offering of common shares for gross proceeds of up to $11 million, of which up to $3 million may be issued as flow-through shares. In addition, Fortress has revised the offering so that each common share will have attached one common share purchase warrant to form a unit. Each warrant will be exercisable into on common share at a price of 55 cents for a period of 24 months from the closing date of the offering.
