Central Alberta Files Prospectus For Rights Offering

Central Alberta Well Services Corp. has filed a short form rights offering prospectus for the rights offering announced Aug. 26.The offering involves a $33 million financing for which Tricap Partners II L.P. has agreed to serve as a standby purchaser. Participation is open to all shareholders in qualifying jurisdictions.Proceeds will be used to reduce debt in advance of scheduled maturities in the fourth quarter of 2009 and first quarter of next year.
