Two years ago, the Council of Atlantic Premiers came to Alberta as part of a mission to promote investment and trade opportunities.At that time the oilsands were humming along, the Alberta economy was growing at breakneck speed and the term "economic stimulus" might have drawn blank stares. But on Monday, politicians from Atlantic Canada returned to Alberta to talk about business opportunities and partnerships between both regions under a much different economic environment.
