Boston Post Dairy is a family run farm in Enosburg Falls, Vermont, owned and operated by Robert and Gisele Gervais, and their four daughters, Anne, Theresa, Susan and Annette. This diary is written in part by Sally Lawyer, Theresas daughter who manages the goats here at the farm. The cheesemaking information is added by Susan, Anne, Theresa, and Annette. Theresa and Lee started their goat dairy 16 years ago. They supplied 60 yearlings to the Boston Post Dairy in 2009 to start our own dairy and cheesemaking business. We are currently making tomme, chevre and feta from our goat milk here at Boston Post Dairy.
