Several years ago when I wascontemplating how to makea living off my farm, I was hearing from all directions that it can't be done with goats. They are a hobby. They cost money. They aren't profitable. We've probably all heard the saying, "How do you become a millionare hobby farming...start as a billionaire." It can be very discouraging! But I am probably one of the most determined people you could ever meet and I knew where there is a will, there is a way! I didn't let all the negativity dissuade me. I knew I could make it work and now three years later, I am making a living off my farm, 100%. Now granted, I'm not making huge money, but I am making enough and I am free. I own my days and I love what I do. I honestly feel like I don't have a job!
