A Scientific Research Project on Dairy Goat Milk Production

The problem is that every year we get more and more customers who want to buy goat milk from us; we have a lot of baby goats to feed, and my family drinks or uses over a gallon of goat milk a day. There never seems to be enough to go around, and afterthe customers get theirs and the goat kids get theirs, I never get as much milk as I would like in my cereal for breakfast. I love drinking goat milk, and cereal in the morning just isn't the same without enough fresh, delicious goat milk. I decided tosee if I could make the goats we already have in production produce more milk per goat by playing different kinds of music in the milk parlor, to determine which they liked best. Then we would play that music all the time and the goats would be happy andlet down more milk. I hypothesized that if country music is played while milking dairy goats, they will produce more milk; they will be more relaxed and let down more milk. A brief procedure of the experiment is as follows: each week, milk three different goats with a different type of music. For the first week milk them with no music. For the second week milk them with country music, and the third week rock and roll music. Since my family needs more goat milk for use in delicious goat milk cappuccino,cereal (in the mornings and for snacks), homemade goat cheese, to drink, and for making ice cream, it seems to be a good idea to figure out how to make each goat produce more milk, rather than take on the additional investment of time, chore load and money to milk more and more goats.
